Research and Operations Associate

Assist an education consulting company in its operations in the U.S., conducting research in the areas of Chinese educational systems and Chinese international students’ economic impact in the U.S., as well as designing and implementing infrastructure that would support Chinese students’ academic success. Economics major preferred; bi-lingual in Chinese and English required; community college graduates mandated. Occasion travel to China may be necessary.

Tasks and Scope of Responsibilities

· Conduct research in Chinese students’ economic impact in the U.S.

· Conduct case studies of Chinese students’ academic journey in the U.S., with focus on community college as a starting point

· Present research and case study results in both English and Chinese

· Make presentations of the research results to stakeholders, as appropriate

· Monitor operations of tasks related to Chinese student cohorts
